KA2S is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities, and works to make the digital service accessible in accordance with Israeli law.

1. Standard and conformance level

The service is adapted to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, based on WCAG 2.0/2.1 level AA, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service), 5773-2013.

2. What is accessible

Semantic page structure, full keyboard navigation, color contrast, alternative text for content images, heading hierarchy, and Hebrew/Arabic right-to-left (RTL) support.

An accessibility component is embedded in the site, allowing personal display adjustments: text enlargement, contrast and color adjustments, link highlighting, stopping animations and more.

3. The accessibility component

The accessibility button appears at the edge of the screen and opens an adjustments menu. It can also be activated via keyboard.

4. Known limitations

Some third-party embedded components (such as a Google Map) are not fully under our control. Some images uploaded by the Business may lack complete alternative text. We work continuously to reduce these limitations.
