Privacy Policy

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
This policy explains how the KA2S platform (“we”) handles information when you use the digital menu and business landing page. We comply with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
1. Information we collect
Functional language cookie: stores the language preference you select. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Technical server data: IP address, browser/device type and timestamps, kept in access logs for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
There is no registration, no user account, and no payment or order details are collected on this service.
2. Purposes of processing
Displaying the menu and page in the correct language, keeping the service secure and stable, and meeting legal requirements. We do not sell data and do not perform targeted advertising or profiling.
3. Third parties and processors
Hosting and content delivery (CDN) via Cloudflare for serving images and assets; this provider processes technical request data.
Some business pages embed a Google Map. When shown, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
4. Transfer of data outside Israel
Hosting and CDN servers may store data outside Israel. Such transfer is made subject to the Protection of Privacy Law and its regulations on transfer of data abroad.
5. Retention
Access logs are kept for the short period required for security and diagnostics, then deleted or anonymized. The language cookie persists until you clear it or it expires.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable security measures in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.
7. Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to inspect information about you and to request its correction or deletion. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Minors
The service is not directed at children. Use by a minor should be under the responsibility and supervision of their guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with its update date.
