This service is a digital menu and business landing page, operated through the KA2S platform (the “Platform”, “we”) for the business shown on the page (the “Business”). Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

The service displays information only: menus, prices, images, opening hours and the Business’s contact details. The content is provided and maintained by the Business.

Prices, item availability, ingredients and images are indicative only, do not constitute a binding offer and create no contract. No order or purchase is made through this service; if an order button is shown it is non-operational and transmits no order.

2. Allergens, kashrut and nutrition

Do not rely on this service for allergens, ingredients, nutritional values or kashrut. Information may be inaccurate or outdated. Verify any health-critical detail directly with the Business before consuming.

3. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, design and Platform marks belong to KA2S. The Business’s menu content, images and brand belong to the Business. No copying, reproduction or commercial use without permission.

4. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, circumvention of security mechanisms, or any misuse of the service.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inaccuracy in, the information.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law, including under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

6. Third-party links

The service may include third-party links or embedded components (maps, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
